In week six we have a case study assignment. As stated in the rubric the goal of the project execution, reporting, and managing resources case study is to apply the project management knowledge you have gained in the course and to challenge you to critically apply knowledge gained in a real-project situation. The analysis should include evaluation of the following:

– Project Schedule and Cost Management -Evaluation of the project manager’s compression of the project schedule

Project Monitoring and Control

When the first batch of components was ready to be installed on SRT”s fleet, Varga decided that each and every part needed to be inspected to ensure that no defects found their way to the customer.
