Paper instructions:
1.) In this podcast, Chat discusses training the youth athlete, how to program for specific ages, testing, and how to establish exercise for long term success with youth clients.

After listening to the podcast, please discuss what you learned, what you agree with and what you disagree with, if anything. Feel free to discuss any thoughts, feelings, ideas from the podcast but make sure you are able to back up any claims you make with appropriate references.

Your initial post should be at least 250 words.
