personal training sessions

Brain is a 33 year old male, former college football player. he has been lifting weights since he has been in high school and now competing in a local power lifing competions. he trains 4-5 days per week at moderate to high intensity ( depending on when his competion are) and uses primarliy free weights. Brain has recently sustained a shoulder injury and has limited range of motion in his left shoulders. the injury on his shouders is not that serve. BRAIN WOULD LIKE TO INCORPORATE SPEED AND QUICKNESS DRILLS TO MIX UP HIS WORKOUT.
