Have headings been used to break up and preview the content? What type of heading is used (question, main idea, or keyword)?
Are lists used to draw attention to or summarize information? What kind(s) of information?
Has parallelism been employed?
How has the information been arranged? What signposts (e.g., topic statements, forecasting statements, etc.) are used to convey this organization?
Is the direct/deductive (generalizations first) or indirect/inductive (details first) structure used?
Can improvements be made in any of the above areas?
