Students should identify an existing product which has failed to provide a good solution to a problem and explain why it has failed to do so. Then, students need to provide a better solution to the problem and discuss convincingly why the proposed solution can better deal with the problem. The number of words should be limited to 500 words in total, which does not includes TABLES, graphics and references.
