Select an industry and identify three to five regulatory issues that are currently facing that industry. Using the school library, identify how various businesses in
that industry are taking steps to address the identified issues.
Address the following in your essay:
Develop a list of best practices being used by businesses in the chosen industry to address the identified regulatory issues.
Identify three best practices being used by organizations in other industries to address the identified regulatory issues. Explain the extent to which regulatory
law affects organizational choices.
Identify how these best practices could be applied to solve a specific problem for another student’s employer.

Back up your response with research from at least 5 scholarly sources and, in addition, you may use the course required readings.
Your written paper should be 4-5 pages in length, not counting the title and reference pages, which you must include.
Your paper must be formatted according to CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements.
