Alternatives to Pre-Group Interviews /Philosophy
According to the Association for Specialists in Group Work (ASGW), ethical practice entails conducting a pregroup interview with each perspective member for purposes of screening, orientation, and selection. If you found it was either highly impractical or impossible to interview people individually, what alternatives might you consider? Incorporate the assigned readings and relevant literature to substantiate alternatives to individual pregroup interviews.
