Using the various aspects of leadership (noted in the Northouse 2013 text), write a profile describing a leader in a diverse organization who you think is especially effective in a multicultural setting. The selected leader is General Douglas McArthur. Include a Cover page and a References page. Cite all references using APA style.
The profile should include:
• The leader (1-2 paragraphs on his/her background. Note: this is not a biography.)
• His organization (1-2 paragraphs on his/her organization)
His leadership characteristics and philosophy. Must use the Northouse text, (Northouse, P. G. (2013). Leadership: Theory and practice (6th ed.). Thousand Oaks: SAGE.) (What Northouse calls “approach to leadership”).
• Discuss why this leader is effective in a multicultural setting.
• Please research the leadership concepts in the text and use the concepts in the text where appropriate
