Develop a proposal to resolve a business crisis situation caused by cross-cultural miscommunication.

3. Analyse the case by drawing on relevant theories. In your assessment, give due consideration to recent criticisms of seeing culture only in terms of comparative differences and similarities.
4. As a leader of the planned intervention, put forward a proposal for the resolution of the difficulties, theoretically justifying your action plan in terms of
• culture & cross-cultural interdependence;
• leading through effective channels of communication;
• rebuilding trust through ethical dealings;
5. Reflect upon strengths and weaknesses of your plan.
