Objective: Research articles on failure and share with the class how failure will impact you as you make decisions.

After the viewing the video, use the University Library to do an article search on failure. Look for peer-reviewed or journal articles as they will provide a level of research and analysis not always found in general articles (i.e. from Forbes or Business Week). Use the process of comparing and contrasting to explore how these two articles provide insights into failure.
With these thoughts in mind:
Briefly describe the major points of each article and analyze through compare/contrast the effects failure. Finally, provide an example, supported by this research, of how this understanding could be used to resolve a current business problem.
