Analyze how your organization uses self-directed teams
1. Aanalyze how yournorganization uses self-directed teams. What are the benefits or limitations that these teams bring to the organization? If your organization does not use self-directed teams, discuss what benefit(s) it could gain by doing so.
2. What types of strategies does your organization use to support, encourage, or reward teams? If your organization doesn’t use any of strategies, what strategies would you recommend and why?
3. What methods do teams employ for exploring problems, sharing information, and making decisions? Are these methods effective in your organization? Why or why not? If no methods are used currently in your organization, generate a list of two to three methods that you would suggest and why.
4. Support your analysis with a minimum of 2 to 3 appropriate references from your textbook and other scholarly articles. Note: A Web site is not a scholarly reference.two pages.
