Formation Evaluation ProjectPtrE 301
FALL SEMESTER 2015
The following project is designed for students who are interested to earn extra points (up to 10 percentage point). You will be graded based on the rubric which is provided to you in the course

syllabus. It’s highly recommended that you submit your project in a group (up to three in a group) which can represent your teamwork abilities. If you are working in a team you should be aware that

the project you are submitting should be equivalent to a group work vs. an individual one.
The final deliverable should be a professional report which includes the following sections:
 Abstract/Executive summary
 Introduction/Literature review
 Methodology
 Results/Discussion
 Summary/Recommendations
 Appendix/References
I’d suggest to submit your reports by the last week of November. The selected projects would have the opportunity to present their work in the class.
