TERM PAPER (100 points)
Select an ethics issue from the attached list (second page). Research legal/ethical cases to find a specific company’s involvement. Examine and report the issues/problems from different angles and determine what, if anything, the company should have done differently, how these particular problems could have been prevented. Make specific recommendations for the future. Your recommendations should include the justification and rationale for the actions to be taken.

The written assignment is worth 100 points. It is to be a minimum of 5 pages, typewritten, in a standard format (double spaced, 10-12 pt. type size, 1 ” margins). You must include a properly formatted bibliography that will not be counted as part of the required report length.
