At some point, you have dealt with a Human Resources department. This is your opportunity to share your own experiences with HR.
For your initial post, introduce yourself and share your current job and its interface or involvement with the HR Department. For instance, are you a manager with people management responsibilities, or are you an HR practitioner? If you are not yet employed, do you want to possibly pursue HR as a career? If so, why are you interested in this career?
For your reply post, think about why you selected a particular classmate’s post to respond to. Address similarities or differences in their experiences with your experiences with HR Departments.
