Overview

Ms. Chavez has one last project for you to do! She is meeting with the Board of Directors of Move NOW! and would like to show them the latest sales data, which you compiled in Module 3 (Excel) and Module 4 (Access). She would like to have slides created for the presentation, as follows:

  • Slide 1: Introductory Slide
  • Slide 2: The information on Murray’s sales
  • Slide 3: The information on Guled’s sales
  • Slide 4: The information on Jones’ sales
  • Slide 5: An overall view of all sales including a chart, by Realtor
  • Slide 6: An overall view of all cities including a chart, by City
  • Slide 7: Summary

Objectives

  1. Create, edit, save, print and share a presentation
  2. Apply basic formatting to a presentation
  3. Create, insert and modify images, graphics and other visual elements to a presentation
  4. Create, use and modify animations and transitions in a presentation
  5. Create, use and modify tables and charts in presentation

Instructions

Read the articles in Exploration (in Content) on effective presentations and apply those principles to your presentation.

  • Create a presentation based on Ms. Chavez’s instructions above (7 slides).
  • Incorporate the company logo (from Module 2) into the presentation.
  • When presenting the data, use Tables, and create a Chart from the Table
  • Add Transitions to your presentation and remember that simple is usually better.
  • Use Themes if you wish and other tools for good formatting

Upload your completed presentation to the Dropbox. Name it as you wish, but include your LAST NAME in the name of the file.
