Applying reliability and validity concepts /Business

Identify an employment practice or organizational research initiative of your choice that involves an assessment. Specifically state what construct would be measured by the assessment (you can come up with the construct on your own, just be sure it is realistic and practical for the practice or initiative you identified). For the assessment, discuss (a) what method you would use to estimate reliability and (b) two types of validity evidence you’d obtain.

Response parameters: In your response, be sure to explain the reliability estimation method and types of validity evidence, including what they are, why they are appropriate for your measure, and briefly describe how they are obtained (i.e., what procedures are involved).

Each initial post should be 250–350 words.
