Order Description
For this week’s exercise you are to address the following problem:
¥ Congress appropriates money for a jobs program
¥ Each state will get a portion of the money
¥ To get your portion of the money, you must agree to implement exactly as the federal government dictates
¥ Aside from your state having a strong cultural state’s rights tradition, federal funds will only cover 60% of the costs
¥ Meanwhile, unemployment in your state is relatively high
