And 3) based upon the issues that you chose to address, what solutions can you suggest for how to fix these problems?

As with all assignments in this class, I am not concerned with length, rather I am interested in your ability to explain the material (in your own words) and your arguments. I expect that most will be able to do this in 1-2 pages. Additionally, as you’ve noticed, I am particularly interested in your solutions, so be sure to focus your attention on these.
