3. Mancini, W. – Church Unique : How Missional Leaders Cast Vision, Capture Culture, and Create
Note: Basically, the changes that I need to make in my ministry is the typical traditional congregants who does not accept change easily, getting the youth involved in ministry, and getting the church involved in being missional; reaching outwardly into the community.
