Assessments Birth-Pre-K and K-3
Create a chart that outlines 3-5 assessments for each age group: Birth-Pre-K and K-3. Include the following for each assessment:
Identify as formal or informal;
How it is used (e.g., instruction, strategies, diagnosis of disability);
Settings in which it can be considered valid;
Importance in the evaluation of growth and development;
How to accurately report student progress; and
How measurements and evaluations are used.
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
