Case Study Chapter 12 Managing Health Organizations — Two employees are wondering why, despite the presence of hard working employees and high organizational morale, their organization is falling behind others in terms of output and productivity. A new employee who just finished her graduate degree suggests that the forming and training of more teams would improve productivity. The teams would focus on quality improvement while striving to improve output and customer service.
