• Its area of expertise/specialization (e.g. retail, manufacturing etc.)
• Staff testimonials (if available).
2. The client:
• Client testimonials (if publicly accessible via the website or other social media)
• What type of client is desirable to the firm?
• What characteristics in a potential client would the firm want to avoid?
