2. Strength of proposal: This is the most important aspect: The proposal needs to be specific and well-considered:
A. Why do you wish to research that particular topic (Context)
B. Who have you read in this area? What other researchers are working in this area?
C. What is your hypothesis? What do you expect to find or achieve?
D. What is your proposed methodology? What research methods are you going to use to conduct your work?
E. Impact: what do you expect to achieve? How will your PhD research, if completed successfully, impact society or contribute to the body of knowledge.

With that in mind, my master was in urban design, therefore; I would be much appreciated if you could integrate the benefit of this research for people in addition to following the instructions links from my professor.
