Chef Table Business
This is a small project assignment which will ultimately support your final degree project. Please be prepared to share this project verbally with the class on July
20th. It is not necessary to do a power point but you may. The final written project is due on July 29th.
It is to be divided into three parts:
1) Briefly describe the hospitality business you want to own or manage.
2) Create an organizational chart for your imagined employees
3) Define at least 4 major customer service principles you plan to implement in this business.
