Each Group will research and review existing (in the Public Domain) Company CSR/Code You are to critically review the Company CSR Policy and in so doing, 1. Identify strengths (and explain why) 2. Identify weaknesses (and explain why) You must consider whether the Company you choose to review, had engaged in conduct (eg. consider current events) contrary to its published CSR/Ethics Policies. In addition, identify conforming conduct wherein a Company should be commended. There may be a mix of both also. You must explain, after citing at least (7) Ethical Theories/Tests among textbook Units 1-3, in an itemized manner, why this Company CSR Policy satisfies/does not satisfy each of your chosen (7) Theories/Tests (Remember, there are CSR Theories in textbook Unit 3 also). You must answer the following question as part of your Concluding Statement of Learning: Is this Company CSR Policy effective drafted? Specifically explain why/why not. State your recommendations, with reasons, in order to make the CSR Policy more effective. Review the Grading Rubric. Once again, include all criteria per the Grading Rubric. Present your Policy.
