? Competitor analysis (to include a perceptual map and a clear identification of direct and indirect competitors)
? Current strategic approaches (expressed in terms of M Porter’s generic strategies)
? SWOT or TOWS matrix (as a summary of the audit)
? Recommended future strategic approaches (justified by your audit and based on clear reasoning)
You should reference your work using the Harvard Referencing system and include a bibliography.
