Calculate the average of values stored in the rates array/Computer Science
Follow the instructions for starting C++ and opening the Introductory20.cpp fi le. The fi le is contained in either the Cpp6\Chap11\ Introductory20 Project folder or the Cpp6\Chap11 folder. The program should calculate the average of the values stored in the rates array. It then should display the average rate on the screen. Complete the program using the for statement. Save and then run the program.
