I.ADJUST DIETARY INTAKE TO ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE BODY WEIGHT

f.Look at your All Nutrients Spreadsheet Report. What 3 foods that you consumed contained the highest number of calories? How many calories are in each food?

g.Use the Body Mass Index chart located on p. 373 of your textbook to identify your weight category. What is your weight category (underweight, healthy weight,
overweight, or obese?)

h.If your BMI category answer is overweight or obese, explain 2 strategies to lose the weight healthfully.

If your BMI category answer is healthy weight, explain 2 strategies that will help you to maintain your healthy weight.

If your BMI category answer is underweight, explain 2 strategies to gain weight healthfully.

i.Identify 3 health risks associated with being overweight.
