The assignment is comprised of two parts: the case study and the case study analysis. Submit both parts as one document.
The assignment must be completed individually.
The assignment must be type written, follow APA 6th edition guidelines, and not exceed the page limits. Note: Additional pages will not be read. Title page and reference page(s) do not count towards page limits.
The assignment must be submitted to Moodle prior to the course end date.
Part 1: The Case Study (3 pages, double spaced)

Leadership communication and leading teams
Describe a situation related to your chosen topic. The situation should:
Be written in chronological order
Include important background information
Describe people involved
Provide dialogue if needed
Present the situation without any attempt at analysis

Part 2: The Case Study Analysis (5 pages, double spaced)
Describe and analyze the problem(s) presented in your case study. What occurred and why?
Present solution(s) to the problem(s) and how they could be implemented. What would you do as a nurse in the case study?
Apply related knowledge to your analysis and solutions. Consider discussing the following topics if they are applicable to your case study:
Role of leaders
Leadership theories
Leadership styles
Leaders as social architects
Support your analysis with literature
Use a minimum of two scholarly reference to support your statements (e.g. textbook, peer-reviewed journal article, reputable website, etc…)
