Identify an opportunity/event/training you would like to offer your students in the future as part of your services and/or freelance career. Create a plan that will articulate your goal and demonstrate how you will achieve your goal.
N.B: This would not include something that you are currently pursuing and/or have already undertaken.

To create your plan, you should consider the following areas:
1. What is your goal? (Approx. 600 words)
Specify what your goal is. The goal that you identify should be based on a market trend as part of your future products and services. Detail the opportunity/event/training you wish to create.
2. What added value will the goal offer to you as a teacher and/or the dance industry? (Approx. 400 words)
Give your reasons as simple bullet points linking these to the market trends.
3. What new professional networking opportunities will your goal initiate? (Approx. 100 words)
Who will you need to work with to deliver your goal? How will these networks help you and what can you offer your new collaborators?
4. Timeline(Approx.100words)
By when will you achieve your goal and what are the milestones?

For CBTS you will be assessed on providing satisfactory evidence for achievement of the following competencies:

? Ability to evidence skills and experience in an appropriate manner
