Children’s literature
• Evaluates the role children’s literature should play in a pluralistic society • Is written in the form of a proposal (or an extended newspaper article) to a specific, identifiable audience on a specific, identifiable topic or theme (Black History Month, Columbus Day, etc.)
• Provides a persuasive argument about what role children’s literature should play in a pluralistic society, and in that community.
Talking about july 4th the audience is the principle and teachers of the school, should be based on a picture book about 300 words.
