Club Registration
create a website registration page using PHP/HTML for your selected club. Your club registration web page should include at least seven(7) input fields that are related to your club. Please do not ask for any private information such as social security number, DOB, AGE etc.
Notes : My club is drama club. Fields need to be First Name, Last Name, Email, Interests, Phone , Gender, Previous experiences.
