During week 1 you were assigned to one of five teams and completed two assignments in this course (Virtual Team Assignment and Team Presentation). This Collaboration Analysis Paper is your analysis of your experience and the Collaboration dynamics that occurred during these team assignments.
Below is an overview of Collaboration Analysis Paper.
Each student will write a 5-7 page paper reflecting on and analyzing their experiences with their two team assignments. At a minimum you should include the following sections to your analysis and reflection:
Team Stages & Development
Team Role Assignments
Team Decision Making
Team Conflict
Team Trust
Create a list with examples and descriptions of team collaboration “best practices†that you learned through this experience.
Be sure to include theories about teams from our course textbook that apply to your experience for this paper – get creative.
Papers should be 5-7 pages in length (not including title and reference page), you must cite references as appropriate use APA writing guidelines, 12-font double-spaced and should include any of the texts and resources used in this class, and references outside our text books (respected peer reviewed sources, not just “any old website you can findâ€).
