At least three policy possibilities, with advantages and disadvantages of each policy.

A Works Cited page formatted as discussed in class and as represented in the Sample Works Cited page (posted separately on Blackboard).
Clear advocacy of a specific policy. This should include demonstrated awareness of possible opposition to the proposal through a counter-argument, as well as
strong defense of the proposed policy.
Use of ethos via strong sources and strong writing, use of pathos through presentation of the human effects of the issue, and use of logos through a logical presentation of the reasons for accepting your proposal over other possible policy outcomes.

Conclusion: summary and possible reiteration of the proposed outcome.
