When Comparing Contracted as opposed to non-contracted engagement with Uber, It is important to keep in mind the following legal parameters that require both outlining and attention: There is no option for termination of liability and hence no discharge of liability possible, No true way for the provider to authenticate the nature or identity of the recipient, and no option for the provider to control alteration. Noting these parameters and following the consequences of their implementation will allow us to better consider the benefits of contracted as opposed to noncontracted labor through a company like Uber or Lyft. This comparison will ultimately lead us to the conclusion that contracted labor through Uber will be more stable, safer and a more reliable source of income for the employee
