COMPENSATION: If you were managing employee compensation, how would you recommend that your company evaluate the usefulness of its job evaluation or person-based plans?
HUMAN RELATIONS: Despite some progress and examples of minorities rising above the challenges of “Glass Ceiling”, “Succession planning”, and “Dysfunctional Managers”, there is still widespread discrimination in the workplace although done much more covertly because employers fear costly lawsuits. Discuss how organizations are meeting these challenges that have a direct impact on employee development. Be sure to address any experience you have had with either and how it impacted you personally as well as what you would have done differently had you been in position to make changes.
