Provide information on how to use the backups created by iTunes to restore an iOS device to a previous state.

Explain that antivirus software exists for Android OS, but those malware infections are still somewhat uncommon for the device.
D. TROUBLESHOOTING ANDROID DEVICES

Elaborate on typical steps to take to resolve issues with an Android device, such as:
Rebooting the device
Uninstalling an application
Performing updates
Putting the device into Recovery mode
Explain how an Android device can be rooted, so that a user has complete access and control over the device.
