Prompt: In this activity, you will develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the conveyor belt project described in your textbook. This will give you practice developing a WBS before you do so for your Medical Informatics case study as part of your final project.

Read the project description in Part 1 of the conveyor belt project on p. 626 of your textbook (Project Management: The Managerial Process). Use table A2.9 to complete the exercises.

Develop the WBS outline using MS Project 2013. Make sure that you save your WBS for use in a follow-up activity in Module Six.

Guidelines for Submission: Your WBS should be submitted as a Microsoft Project file (MPP).
