during the upcoming years the gulf region and specifically the uae and qatar will be in the spotlight of the international football with the asian cup 2019 to be staged in the UAE, the 2022 FIFA world cup to be staged in Qatar and the foreseen relaunch of the bi-annual Gulf cup in 2018.
lately, sustainable management (economic, ecologic,socio-cultural) of major and especially football events are a must do for the organizers, also due to a change of perception, increased awareness and respective focus by (social) media.
Duty: Define one concrete CSR event series ( including event description, vision and goals of this specific CSR event, initial road map, financing opportunities) to be staged prior and during either the Asian Cup 2019 or the Gulf Cup 2018 . the event shall have the potential to be run in the host country as well in the other gulf Countries.
This specific CSR program is meant to start in spring 2017.
1- creation of an intial event description, including vision, targeted group, aims, goals etc
2-creation of a stakeholder matrix and stakeholder assessment
3-creation of a Swot Analysis
4-creation of initial roadmap with milestones
5-creation of a sponsoring structure/ program, including two related promotion activities/events
