Starting in Module 1, Activity 1.4 when you selected two countries from two different lists you have had to spend some time throughout the course investigating those countries. For this activity, you are to write a brief memo about your A-list country.
You have been asked to provide a preliminary analysis of a potential expansion project in a given country (the country you selected from the A list of countries). At this point, the project is so preliminary the quantitative analysis has yet to begin. Upper management has asked you to provide more of a qualitative document at this time addressing items you have studied in MBAA 653 that could affect the decision. Items to consider are political stability, corruption, transparency, other risks, the growth of the country’s economy, etc. You need to provide a concise case for (or against) a potential project in this country.
This will be presented to very busy people so use a memo format. The total memo length should be two pages maximum. You will lose points if you exceed this limitation. You do not need to a title page. An appendix simpling listing resources and links to those resources is fine (APA IS NOT REQUIRED).
Again be concise, present the information/data, summarize and draw your conclusions/recommendations about whether the project should move forward to a more detailed analysis.

Font: Calibri 12 point
Line Spacing: 1.1
Before and After Spacing: 0 point
Double space between paragraphs
