Create a professional leadership portfolio
Marketing Management
Assessment requires students to create their own leadership portfolio and action plan. Through discussion and analysis of leadership traits, styles and behaviour, students will have an opportunity to reflect upon their own leadership capabilities and incorporate these into an action plan.
At least five references including books and articles. Your Report of approx. 2000 words will be assessed on the following:
• Quality of the research and analysis undertaken.
• Creating a professional Leadership portfolio and students need to prepare an action plan in achieving their individual goals. Discussion and analysis of leadership traits, styles and behaviour.
• Quality of the discussion within the report, how well you relate theory to your personal self as a leader including discussion and analysis of leadership traits, styles and behaviour.
• Creativity and continuity – how well your argument holds together in the report
• Spelling, grammar, Fonts, formatting, Referencing-both in-text as well as reference list.
Practical Assignment: This individual assessment requires students to create their own leadership portfolio and action plan.
