Critical analysis (powerpoint and commentary) Description of topic: You are the CEO (Principal) of your organisation which is looking to draw up a new strategic plan. As background, your board has asked you to present a critical analysis of the current plan. Prepare a powerpoint presentation for the board ensuring that you address the following:
An analysis of the plan
A discussion of the strengths of the plan
A discussion of the weaknesses of the plan
Evaluation the progress of the implementation of the plan to date
Recommendations for the next strategic plan and examples of where and how these could be implemented by the organisation
Your presentation should consist of no more than 22 slides
At the notes section at the bottom of each slide you are to provide the marker with a critical commentary. Where appropriate, you should justify why you have included the slide and refer to literature
