Examine your agency’s Critical Incident Stress Reduction program. Describe your agency’s program, determine its completeness and sufficiency based on your readings for this week, and recommend program areas to sustain or improve for your agency leaders.

Critical Incident Explorations (CIE) assignments are written in essay form (not question and answer) utilizing objectivity and external facts. Do not write them in first person narrative. Each essay is based on research of your agency, assigned readings and research online (this will be indicated if required). Two options on stress reduction: Find an agency program and evaluate it. Or, if your agency does not have a program, find a sister agency’s program to evaluate.
