Task Description:
You are required to submit a 2000-2250 word written essay.
Critically discuss the effects of HR practices on organisational climate.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The essay should demonstrate that you have grasped the theoretical concepts of HRM, that you are able to interpret research in a critical manner, and that you can link theory with HRM practice.
The essay should incorporate at least 15 academic peer reviewed journal articles (1995-2016) from journals of the ABDC list.
