Culturally Competent Workforce
Develop a paper in which you present processes that might be used across a curriculum that would help make sure students who graduated from any given institution were culturally competent in their chosen profession. Include in your discussion information about the importance of linguistic competence, and what strategies you either have or would use to incorporate both cultural and linguistic competence into an educational setting.
