Continue to redesign the spa website. This step will be to create a customer experience map and begin writing a report in which you justify your design decisions. For this section of the report, you will explain what human factors are and identify those that will be important to consider as you redesign the website. Specifically, you will address the following:

Customer Experience Map
o Create a customer experience map that illustrates the path a customer will take to complete the same task you identified for the user journey component of Milestone Five.

Human Factors
o Explain what human factors are and provide examples of human factors that are relevant to website design.
o Explain the human factors that will influence your decisions as you redesign the spa’s website.
