Group Project Brief
The Group Project is about understanding the service culture of successful service organisations. At the end of this project, students would be able to:
a. Explain the importance of a strong service culture and how it contributes to the company bottom line
b. Identify the organisation customers (internal and external) in the value chain.
Culture within an organisation determines the way people behave towards each other. It shapes attitudes, systems and organisational outcome and determines how others outside the organization perceives the business. Building a service culture is therefore a beacon that lights the path and steers businesses and its people towards a collective and common goal.
