1) Open the dashboard visual overview document from the attachment to understand what this assignment is asking for.
2) Go to Chase KPI matrix document to study the output KPI’s, attitudinal KPI’s and Behavioral KPI’s for Chase.
3) After analyzing all the KPI’s, open Chase communication dashboard project part 2 to study all the data from the assignment.
4) Once you’re done analyzing all the data from the chase communication dashboard, open the document where it says “Example and Amina Gueye Dashboard Visual” to get a better understanding of how I want my dashboard visuals to be for my project on Chase bank.
5) Once you’re done analyzing everything that’s when you start working on my dashboard visuals. Don’t be generic, be specific! The dashboard visuals have to be aligned with my behavioral KPI’s. Follow the example, which I have provided in the example. Make sure they are co-related with the KPI’s and also make sure that the benchmark is marked with a star. The format and concept should be the same as the example but the KPI’s and of course, the organization will be different from the example.
