The Bloomberg and WSJ cited sources claim that a local China’s ride sharing company DiDi invested $1 billion to Uber and made a deal to merge the Uber China. This acquisition reminded me that Google, Facebook, Youtube used to trying into Chinese market but failed few years ago, only Apple got the success. I want to research why it is hard to develop International Business in China
