TASK 1 – Demonstrate your personal and professional development within your workplace

a. Complete the attached Skills Audit Matrix to establish your current skill levels for the job you currently perform, or based on previous job experience, and then discuss these against the relevant professional standards and organisational objectives. (Refer to Appendix 1: Skills Audit Matrix)

b. Complete the attached Personal Development Plan to establish your development path.

a. Describe and comment on effective communication and how this applies to your current employment or social roles. Provide examples of how you have communicated to different audiences, e.g. one-to-one/group/colleague/manager.

b. Explain how you manage your time effectively in your current job, or within a personal context.

TASK 3 – Demonstrate the dynamics of working with others within your workplace.

a. Identify a situation where you have worked in a team. Explain the various roles within the team and discuss how you were able to achieve the shared goals. Analyse

how effective the team worked and recommend any alternative ways of working together.

TASK 4 Demonstrate the development of strategies for problem solving within your workplace

a. Describe a problem which has arisen in your organisation and describe how you have identified possible solutions. Explain how you resolved the problem and outline how any tools or methods for problem solving were applied.

b. Evaluate how successful you were at resolving the problem, and then comment how your actions can or may have an impact on the business.
